As we say back home, "You want soft toilet paper, you go 'more efficient running style' down the road".

I don't think I will get a pb, but it is a different course from last year. Am doing Serpentine New Years Day 10k.

I've joined again - encouragement and team spirit on the 2008 thread was a great motivator.
Is there one place where all thr groups are listed? I may well be being blind, but I can't see it.

I will try for a pb. Have only done 2 10k races this year. The Serpentine New Years 10k and it finished up this hill, so lost time there. The other one was Billericay 10k that I did with my friend as it was her first 10k and was 8 days after Beachy Head Marathon. At least we beat the runners carrying a stretcher.
