Here we go again folks! The 1000 mile thread is officially open! First list will be next week, so everyone has plenty of time to get off the starting blocks.
The weekly chart includes everyone in the group, however I will remove you from the weekly chart if you don't post any training for a month. So let me know if you are injured so I don't remove you.
Good luck y'all:-)

Sam.
Can I join in please?
Long story. Been strugling with back and neck probs after a fall from my bike in 2006. Started running again end of September and did 225 last year. 1000 for 2009 seemed a good new target. I ran my first mara in 2006 (Abingdon) and am determined to overcome my injury probs to do another this year!
