Well done, Pedroscalls! 👏 Interestingly, although I'm just ticking along with my run mileage, because I'm away on holiday, my walk mileage is possibly going to be well over my usual. I'm already on 55 miles for the month. Quite pleased with that! |

I've been outside! It all melted and I was too warm with a buff around my neck. 6.29 miles with intervals. My, that was hard; the treadmill does cushion you from the variations of road running. 55.5/100 |
