usc215 6 Jul 10:11am, 6 Jul 2024 154 posts	0 usc215 even though it was already 26°C at the fourth 5k, it felt good ... except for the sharp pain in my right foot (which I injured 1 year ago) when I had to swerve out of the way of a speeding car and stepped into a hole in the tarmac ... I think I'll give the foot some rest now 4x5k=12.7miles today to 24/100 🏃😅
