Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

79.5/100 after this morning's outing to collect a few more blue circles. Not as many blue circle or miles as I wanted as I cut the run short due to the heat.

Didn't go out quite as early as I had intended and as a consequence didn't go as far either as I didn't want to be out when it started to warm up. Was just over a mile from home when my OH phoned to say the guy he'd been to Belgium with (they got home yesterday evening) had tested positive this morning. OH took test and there was a very faint line. I'll have to test tomorrow before going to work. Fingers crossed it stays negative.

Hope you get some answers nme & hope you stay negative westmoors.

Out early(ish) with my pal this morning we went on a road trip to somewhere different & post run coffee we found a book with 25 walks around our area so we’re going to work our way through that.

Warm and a bit muggy but also a few showers. We seem to be exempt from the heatwave.

6m today 65/100 and I finish fetch castle challenge in 74th place 😃😃

Local parkrun yesterday and ran the Mulberry half today (Conwy), tough in the heat but 5 mins quicker than last year so happy with that.
