Best time of day anyway Ness! You might feel like an adult Gobi but you're running almost like a JM! (pretty fast!) Woods, shade, 5 miles, can't complain at that gg.🙂👏 |

It wasn't THAT warm at 6.30am and quite ideal really. Just 5k to take me to 69/100 which looks good for reaching the target.

I have been absent so belated congratulations to CasB & Gobi and their respective other halves. Went out early (for me) to avoid the heat. It was hot & sweaty but not violently so. Cooling breeze at times too. 18 miles gets me to 93/100 |

Just having a catch up, with nearly 200 posts. Lots of mileage contributions, so well done everyone. Congrats to the betrothed Casb and Gobi (separately, as I understand it). Liking the Haribo bling! Another vastly underperforming month for me this month. No energy after work in the week, and currently incapable of anything over 5k at the weekend. Keeping parkrun in the mix, and managed 3.2 miles this morning as well, despite feeling pretty crappy. No feedback from last Saturday’s MRI yet, but Friday’s post brought an appointment letter for a contrast CT scan next Sunday morning. Blessed are the NHS. |

A bit of vertical sunbathing and due to the virtual Lakeland 50 up to 75/100. Should hit the 100 around next weekend, and then 150+ two weeks today.
