Didn't manage to post yesterday but parkrun got me to 132.6 for December and my biggest month this year. No running planned today (we're helping a friend sort out his new house and having a wander round the area) so that's me done. Nicely building towards marathon training starting next week! Thank you to everyone who's made this thread such a lovely supportive place this year - it's definitely got me out of the door when I really couldn't be bothered! - and wishing us all happiness and successful - and most importantly enjoyable! - running in 2024.
