Christmas period is always busy in Geordietowers but this year while not quite as pulled pillar to post it’s still been bedlam. I ran with my pal today it was so so cold. I did 7.6 getting me to oh I actually don’t know… I will round up tomorrow. Huge well done to everyone on the group and hugs and healing vibes to all who need them. Can’t quite believe we’re almost at the end of 2023. I’m sure it was only a few weeks ago we started!
