I am so glad I was running first thing today as it hasn’t stopped raining since about 9.30! 4.5m total including a mile effort for virtual mile and another mile to tick off garmin’s suggested threshold run 77/100

That sounds properly tedious, :-) G, hope you're well recovered now. And good wishes to others with lurgies or other life things getting in the way of running. Look after yourselves all.

It's Tuesday so the usual run to, around, and back from track. It poured with rain this morning but is back to being warm and muggy, so the running was definitely a bit too much like hard work. 71.6/100.

Thanks folks. Being sensible, not trying to catch up. Gym for rehab tonight after work, short easy run tomorrow, easy parkrun and a bit on Saturday. See if I can do 8 or 10 on Sunday but depending how I feel. Keep following that line if you can people and always remember what a privilege it is to have the time, the strength to get out there. 100 miles a month is pretty amazing! :-) G
