Just over 20 this morning, quite warm but a lot more enjoyable than last Sunday's 7. 87/100

Cheeky’s Dad
After a quiet couple of days I did 12 miles this evening. Lovely and cool after the rain. Still a bit behind but manageable 55.7/100

Morning all! Have read back but then completely forgotten details so will say well run everyone, and applause for FF on the very long run at the top of the page!

A late update from the weekend as we've been away with very little in the way of 4G/internet. Just over 7M on Saturday but no long run yesterday (a lot of steps dashing around Cholmondeley Castle cheering on Mr CasB and other friends triathloning though!) for 63.6/100. Only about 10k behind where I'd like to be at this point of the month, so shouldn't be too big an ask to catch up. Hope everyone has a lovely week!

Well, this morning's run involved using Mrs3M's old pink Forerunner 10 (the "just in case" watch) since the plastic lugs that hold the strap on my Forerunner 45 had come adrift.

I'm very suspicious about the distances it gave, although the time looked more or less right. (Reading short.)

I've then plugged it back in (!) to the laptop, re-installed Garmin Express, and... the watch says there's no activity recorded. Nada. Grr.

I've updated manually, using the time that was on the watch, and the distance I am pretty sure it would have been normally. So 63/100. :)

(I've superglued glued my FR45 strap directly to the casing of the watch. I'll see how long it lasts!)
