Right ankle / Achilles / calf / hallucis flexor longus is still hurting, worse post half marathon. Tried resting, but probably need to do active strengthening (with heel drops etc.) before I can run properly on it. Tried a parkrun on Saturday and it didn't feel good. No matter, hopefully get it sorted for next month. Well done everyone, some closing in nicely. G

Trying to sneak in a few extra miles this week since we're away from Friday for the Bank Holiday weekend, which may/will put a crimp in the running mileage. 100's still very do-able though, but it almost certainly won't include a parkrun!

(If I am seen talking about going out for a 20 miler next Wednesday can someone please point out that I don't chase arbitrary targets and to stop being stupid :¬) )
