Thanks Rosehip! I wouldn't have gone that far if I wasn't aiming for a target, so there's a positive I guess :-) Good news on the not-cold hands and nice still weather.

Thanks CasB.
13 miles for me this morning. 6* and just a slight breeze a lovely Sunday morning for a long run, shame I didn't get my backside out of bed sooner to make it a longer run.
35.2/100 which means 2 x 33 mile weeks to reach the target, that should be doable but I may have to do 4 runs a week instead of 3.

I was later setting out that I'd planned but no matter. I was glad I took my thick gloves as, despite there being little wind, it has been quite cool. Warm enough for a skort though :) It was a pleasant 7.2 miles over the fields and along the river bank.

Had a terrible night's sleep and really wasn't motivated to do the planned 10 miles. Gave myself a few options. Ended up doing just shy of the 10. Could have added a small loop but CBA. 44/100

43.9/100 after another 5 today. It feels like a lovely spring day here - brillliant sunshine and melting snow. I’m sure it’s not spring yet though 😀

Sounds like you’re getting back to good mileage HappyG(rrr)

I ran the third lake of the seven lakes challenge. It turned out to be 19.5 miles, good enough for a 3 hour long run. Plan said 20 but it was enough.

105 for the month so I'm over the line. 3 recovery miles with my beginners group tomorrow
