We've got a severe weather warning in place until Friday. When the bin lorry won't risk the neighbourhood roads to empty the bins, I think it's reasonable to admit defeat, hence why I haven't been over the doorstep today.

Icy roads and paths here, too. I still managed a slow 3.4 mile run with the beginners to reach 77 miles for the month. Tomorrow evening probably the same, a slow, careful plod with the beginners.

The cold air from Saturday's race has left me with a chesty cough. So probably no running now until I hit the sun!

Well done, Pix. 👍
Fortunately it was frost free on the main roads. Had to avoid some of the side roads but got my Project Joker tempo session done. 6.1 miles takes my tally for the month to 53.9 miles.

Hope you're feeling better soon, westmoors. Going away somewhere warm?
