(I work for an NHS charity and veer between utter admiration for amazing individuals and total despair at the bureaucracy that gets in the way of helping more people more quickly, sometimes several times in one day.) 4.3M done to kick off December, first time I've opened the front door and really felt the cold grab me!

C’est la vie - I think I’m more gutted I’ve lost my 4 weeks of sitting still & having a work break 🤣
