Parts of the trail were still frozen so we had to be careful. She wants to train for a half in spring so I may run a few more long runs with her. 114 miles for the month
Sprout Nov 2022 8:52pm, 20 Nov 2022 1,574 posts	0 Sprout 90 odd posts to catch up on! 90/100 - after my Wednesday evening run my calf didn’t feel quite right, so sensibly I stayed away from the club session on Thursday even though it felt fine and rested Friday also. parkrun + WU and all good. Then today ran Conwy half, wow what a lovely course and the weather was perfect. 5 min PB for me and that was set 5 or 6 years ago so life in the old dog yet 😂. Well done all.
