An indeterminate 3.6 last night (before my watch died!) and a further 3 miles from hotel this morning .

49.3/100.

Exactly on monthly target for today!

66/100 - Club hill session last night, did a longer warmup and then an easy effort on the hills. Legs a bit grumbly after racing on Sunday.

Rest day today so will do some S&C work. (I've said it now so no excuses!)

CasB - Should be easy to spot then!, I'll likely be wearing a bright yellow UTS top or the parkrun green 250 one. I normally hover on the right hand side at the start just on the grass.

77.5/100 after yesterday's run with the beginners.

Tonight, another easy 3-4 miles with the other beginners group and maybe some short intervals during daylight. I tend to run faster when I can see where I'm going.
