This morning I was up and out at 6:20 to run to our local park where Kevin Sinfield was setting off on day 4 of his 7 in 7 ultras. We arrived about 6:40 and joined the crowd. I was directed to stand ‘over there’ so we got in the crown and then the BBC chatted to him. While they panned round to yesterdays round up I went to speak to him briefly. On my way home I got messages to say I’d been seen on TV!! Think that makes 43.8/100
