There's a guy who encourages us to run at lunch time at work. He runs regularly and is seen as dedicated or obsessed by most people. He said he managed 100 for the month and was delighted - it was 100km! I had to keep my mouth shut that 1 did 130 and 110 miles (so up to 200km) Great work 100 ers! G
