Ooh, what's your run plan in Glencoe geordiegirl? Lovely part of the world. Some beautiful (if tough) running. I've been up and down the Devil's Staircase more times than I care to remember! G

It’s a training weekend staying at the Glencoe outdoor centre 😁G so not sure where we’ll be heading they say no more than 10k & nothing too technical it’s looking at developing skills - poles, ascent/decent and who knows wet weather training 🤣 but my friend who’s coming too & I are looking to do WHW next year over 4 days so running/walking it.

Oops! Sounds excellent, GG. My morning run takes me to 87.1 for the month. Should just about get to the 💯 and hopefully won't be my worst month of the year! |

Oh, lovely gg, sounds like a great course. WHW over a few days would be great fun. I've only ever done it in the WHW race, and sections of it in other races (Highland Fling: Milngavie to Tyndrum, Devil Of The Highlands: Tyndrum to Fort William) and training days - Kinlochleven to Glencoe, Dyrmen Balmaha / Sallochy over Conic Hill and back, Crianlarich to Beinglas and back, Tyndrum to Glencoe and back, Balmaha to Invesnaid and back, oh and all the support sections on 8 support crew outings over the years! Love it! G |

Love it! G WHW was always the race I wanted to do - one day I hope to do it, if I get the experience over a few days I may see if I can crew the year after and maybe then run it in a oner!! |
