& running again, just a 3.5.
What do you do with these little niggles? very very slight aggravation just above the back of the knee, doesn't trouble me when running but aware of it.
27/100 - A little bit behind.
Going to be a quiet bank holiday weekend!, have a good one.

Hot and sunny 6. 51 for the month. My dodgy knee appears to have gone away, fingers crossed, touch wood and all that sort of stuff. I’m pretty sure that a weekly strength session has really helped
