So it's week 5 now (day33) since the crash and tonight I jogged intervals. Long way ahead and nothing again before the weekend but it was nice just to do a little bit.

Managed to squeeze a little 3 miler in today in between dashing around like a headless chicken all day (seems to be the norm at the moment), think that puts me on 25/100.

Good luck DeeGee.
Gobi, it's good to hear you are getting back out there and easing back in gently.
25.7/100 so far. Seem to have developed a bit of a fear of running and had a minor panic attack in my car before club last night. So my legs are good but my head is a mess! This could be interesting for my 10 mile race on Sunday

39/100. You pack some efforts in jenny! Dunno how you lot "race" so often.. ugh!!..once a month for 10k's and every three months for a half were all I entered in my club running days and maybe two marathons a year.
