Can't load up as we are away from home but we did parkrun in Lancaster and I ran the 1.5 miles home too - so only 10 to go! Long run planned for tomorrow morning

Can't always beat last years totals jenny--but 1,700 odd is impressive. Still think you could do faster race times on less miles though...even those have been good! I'm pleased to have run more miles this year than in 2007 (138 more)..hoping to maintain what I do until at least 2028! (if Errol can I can) (Errol--80 odd year old local club runner!). No runs now til NYD.

Such a rubbish December 62/100 And tapping out....
However I DID GET MY 1000 FOR THE YEAR!!
Next year I will definitely be trying to get close to 100 per month.
Even tho I only managed it twice after joining the thread. Can I stick around anyway?

5 miles this morning bringing me to :
103.7/100 12/12 and 1667.9 miles for the year
Unlikely to run as a bit sore and stiff from a week of digging and shoveling concrete and compacted soil (renovating the house, weβve removed a concrete floor and are preparing it for underpinning, new drainage before a new floor goes down!)
Good luck to anyone who is racing or just trying to finish their yearly/monthly mileage goals this weekend!

Great mileage, panad.
I ran again today. 103 miles for December but might try and get another run in tomorrow just because I can. ;):)
