Just checked some backgroind
I paced at 2 half marathons so although longest run below is 13.17 i would have done 16/17 miles at Wokingham in Feb but very broken up.
Lowest total for a year since the return. Deliberate early year bike focus and job change.
Longest run 13.17 miles
Time on feet 1hr 40 which must have been very social as it was not the longest run for distance by some way.
2018 will be fun.

Some great mileage here. Happy New Year to all.
I sign off 2017 with 8 out of 12 months over the 100 mile mark. 110 for December and 1212 in total. Not my best year but not too bad considering.

Thanks Ness - feel a bit better now - clocking off the year on 1280 and 91 for December - that will have to do. Depending on how I feel, I may do the New Year parkrun tomorrow morning - it's a nice way to start the year, and I will be having an early night after all!

Done. But after several years of consistency, not sure I'll be back in next year.
Good luck all in the new year

Congratulations to all those who endeavoured and tried.
Currently rebuilding the base and hoping to rejoin the ranks at some point
