Fenland (Fenners) Runner
32.2/100, after a great training run, half marathon before breakfast in sub-1:49. Felt really strong, especially over the last 5km, last mile was the quickest.

I'd rather not do x any intervals! Not sure if there's a point because I don't race but still throw them in even though inconsistently this year. If it's about improvement then I'm not going to improve--those days are long gone--but I like to think it keeps me where I am when I do do them properly. 26/100. Having to miss a longer run this weekend.

10.5/100 after a 3k time trial brought a PW of 18 minutes.
That'll teach me to try 3k 12 days after a marathon (My SB is only 16.5 so maybe 18 is a soft benchmark for the winter speed training)
