Steve, I'm doing the Abingdon marathon on 22 Oct. I hadn't intended to do an autumn marathon, but still said I'd do long runs with my friend who's doing her first one. Then one of the chaps from the club couldn't do Abingdon so transferred his place. No time expectations, as I haven't done enough training for it - Cardiff Half on the weekend is my main target.

;-) Ah, reckon you'll beat me this month HoD, I've got a HM on Sunday so not planning to loads between then and now - probably 5 or 6 tomorrow and 3 Saturday.
