Reckon I might just make it this month, last time I hit the 100 was October last year.

I can only think about totals like Gobi, HOD, SM6 and jenny's at the moment-although have done 140 within the last couple of years. Good running you lot! I was going to watch the Cardiff Half but the weather forecast looks appalling so it's going to be a telly and coffee job! Run well jenny. Great total Gymfreak. Hey Marky..what's the "wheel's coming off" about?! 96/100 and right on schedule.

just saw that I did 145 in January and that was when I was nursing a dreadful chest infection. Hmm..maybe I've been lazy this last few months!!

Fenland (Fenners) Runner
Declaring this month on 153.3/100, 15+ mile run today @ 8:47 minutes/mile average pace, with average HR 144 bpm. That will do. Probably won't run again until Monday.
1,781 for the year.

bad month for me with injury and other issues getting in the way of running and getting out for runs.
Hoping for a complete recent as of Sunday and the new month!

Steve - having done 19 weeks straight averaging 98 miles a week and peaking at 133 miles I still find how little I run distressing.
Sometimes these days it is this little arbitrary target that gets me to run.
Go figure
