Wow, that's a lot AL! I can't make the first of our next C25K programme a week Monday, hoping for lots of new recruits, but hopefully not quite that many as I'm not sure we'd cope.

18 / 100 - an unexpected 10k this morning and prof that I can run regularly again. The PF is still there but manageable. Now I've rested the foot hardly feels as if I've done any running today.
It maybe too late to reach target this month but I'm just glad that I can begin to get back to running normally again!

148, after a reasonable 10k earlier. Wanted a bit quicker but didn't feel great, so I shouldn't complain with my 2nd fastest time. Long run planned tomorrow.
