Nah - just means I neglected something else for a bit. I have the training hours to still do 400 miles a month.

I'm happy (for now!) sticking to the thread target! 68/100. 400 miles a month is for an elite (!?) few..amazing in my book but I couldn't do it. Maybe once upon a time....

97.3/100, after 8+ miles including 6 miles #tempo, the hundred will probably fall tonight at Ely Juniors training.

69 for me.
I've had this year off anything hard/racing both bike and run which has been v strange for me, haven't liked it at all! But I'm starting to get back into it now
Did a hard 5k on the treadmill this morning. 21.37. Oh dear I have some work to do! I was doing them before bang on 20 mins so I'd like to get back there with some training
I will prob try some 5ks soon, looking at XC over the winter and a 5 mile race in Dec.

GF, when did you run your last marathon? I remember running with you at Rutland years ago, was it 2010?
