103 after last nights final track session of the summer. Coach suggested upping my miles to stop being so slow, so may need to add a few longer jogs as well as some more race pace runs. Always a bit cautious about adding miles and pace at the same time..

So slow Dilthedog!?! Pretty good times for your age group you've achieved in races so far this year! I think your cautious view may well be wise. 74/100 after my run (sorry...jog) in balmy conditions this morning.

Club session last night was tempo run. A new runner showed up and said he currently was running a 30 minute 5K so I was asked to keep him company. Thought I was in for an easy session. Chatting on the warm up he mentioned that he had been a top 10 finisher in our 10 mile race a few years back but hadn't done much running for a couple of years. Needless to say, I nearly struggled to keep up!
