I like training at any time BUT the vast majority of my training (probably 80-90%) is achieved in the morning.

Lol Maz. I've done very little training this month, not even made it into double figures yet.

I train at the times that suit:
Tuesday 16:00 straight after work keeps the evening free!
Thursday 18:30 as that's the time the club meets
Saturday 08:45 - parkrun
Sunday 07:00 so that I can get my long run in and still have the day to do whatever!

I train both before and after work every day because I like it. Usually around hour and half in morning and hour in evening.

Long run Sat and long ride Sun.

Today I'm up to 51 :)

My training generally fits around kids rugby or the OH watching her soaps so thats usually between 7 and 9 most nights. Occasionally I do run on a Sunday afternoon but that is a rare occurance

it's interesting how we make it work for our family lives.

in all seriousness i do my mon/wed evening runs with JSHH but i'm lucky coz my erin comes too, 1 lunchtime run usually, and a weekend long run of sorts.........

it'd be a cold day in hell before i got out my bed to get it done, not that disciplined!!

Well I suppose really I don't "train" but rather I run (or jog if we look at my pace these days)..and I like--even love running at any time too. If I lived away from the city I'd run anytime and love it just the same, the few trail miles around my locality are not enough for me to enjoy total traffic free running.

I used to train..and in those days I did most if not all my running in the evenings and found running hard in the mornings. I'm pretty certain though that I could adapt to anytime running if I had to.
48/100. Gonna be half way at halfway through the month!
