Early mornings are the best Fenners, even for us retired old geysers..I have always preferred the early dawn runs. To be over the line before mid month is....??!!!

I prefer early runs. Especially at weekends, I really don't like having to drag myself out for a long run in the afternoon or evening

1730 start for my 17 this evening. Given that I woke up at 5pm that counts as early!
Think I'm on 120 odd now.

93/100. 5*1000m threshold. That was hard but I guess that's the idea!
I love running early mornings. Unfortunately I also hate waking up early and hate just about everything and everybody before 9 am and at least two coffees.
