11. cherry tomatoes 12. strawberries
I've not eaten much of anything today, just a cheese and tomato omelette and we're about to have strawberries and brandy sauce - finishing off the Christmas food and grocery shopping is coming tomorrow. I was making crab cakes for tea but they need to rest for a few hours so we'll have them tomorrow instead. They have a few things in them to add to the list.

Yesterday: 1. Banana 2. Apple 3. Sweet potato 4. Parsnip 5. Shiitake mushroom
Today: 6. Brussels sprouts 7. Onion (enough to justify calling it a portion rather than a garnish) 8. Plums (from a tin)
And some carrot, but not enough to count as a portion.

Yesterday I also had:
2. Parsnips 3. Carrots 4. Pineapple
I had a big bowl of salad and some frozen peas too, but not enough of any individual item to count as a portion.
Today's beed rather lacking in F+V and certainly no new ones!

Mrs W doesn't like Okra much and I do so when the nice man brings us curry soon the Bhindi Bhaji side dish will end up being all for me so I imagine that will be a portion. It isn't clear this thread is going to be very good for me though
