I'm not counting nuts as Cadbury make a fruit and nut bar. Therefore nuts aren't a fruit and probably not a vegetable either

A fair bit of the content of a fruit and nut bar comes from sugar beet. A veg from the same family as chard and beetroot. Not only does a fruit and nut bar contain dried fruit but it also has a vegetable in it. I'm not sure how many bars you'd need for a portion of fruit and veg though - we could probably work it out
