And I thought the French did Le Hop.

I never got to savour Mark's morning poached eggs as I was too busy getting iced, lasered and taped up by the fab physio team.

Here Foxy, I can report that both of my toe nails dropped off this evening, so no more pain when putting socks on and catching the damned things. Feet still and never will look pretty

I went out with the intention of doing a slow leisurely 5km with my club, forgot it was handicap race night which i then won !! Lol !
