I've been out supporting silvershadow on the Forces March - no time to suffer post TiT blues! Not sure what I'm going to do today though (ok, I've caught up on 3 missed Dr Who's and had a huge breakfast but that's about it). Definitely feeling a bit "what now?" lizogical did three days of the Forces March. Top stuff! I ran the last day yesterday and struggled to keep the wheels on, therefore rather surprised at 4 hours 22. TiT injuries kept at bay but I think a bit more R&R is needed! |

Great photos there NJ by Lynn. Am wondering how I can get a copy of some of them? Still no running for me and I am maintaining my vow that I won't for at least another 2 weeks. Bit of a snag when right knee/ITB gave way on me this afternoon - not good and bloody sore; seems to be okay at the moment though. |

i'm hoping to conquer just a little bit of the North Coast of Northern Ireland in the morning. not yet fixed but getting there & have knee & ankle supports- feeling rather unfit & have been fueling on crap & lots of beers !!! Hope you are soon back Howard. NJ - i wouldn't have had a 4.22 in me so soon after the TiT, good work. |
