Have been so lazy eating too much & took much Mexican sports recovery drink of late. After the 10 in 10 in 2009 - I did 200 + miles in June including my longest ever race at that time 33 miles & the beastly Picnic - in hindsight I was in the best shape of my life from May - Nov that year & my times reflected it. Half that mileage & one marathon this June.
