The best bit of post 10 in 10 is feeling hungry and NOT HAVING TO EAT. Bloody marvellous.
Having actually been through it, is is understandable that you'll be feeling pretty down and up in equal measure, your feelings of achievement are tempered by something that's been a huge part of your life no longer being there. It's tempting to find something to replace it but please don't do what I and a few others did which was to keep pushing yourself really hard. It took me a very long time to recover, and I was only really recovered early this year.

yeah i feel kind of empty - keep watching the cumbria live stuff to relive the memories (crying in the library ain't cool !)
i've done a few marathons & not one of them comes close to thisamazing experience - each year I get to make some fantastic lifelong friends
