Struggled with this last year mainly because of injury, and only managed about 6,700. Hope to get nearer this time.

Yesterday’s hike gave me 592 circles on its own, so a marathon a month in a different place each time should get the 1000…

So V’raps run twice a month not from home is the way to go I think.
I have 411 run from home circles so far, time to get the map out and work out where to go running

Over 1000, but that includes a half marathon away from home (301), a point to point run of which the first 5 miles was on roads I'd never run on before, and most of the easy pickings around home. (2640 including cycling.)

I've only just noticed the little blue circles

1089 so far.

Looking back last 2 years I've only managed 2000, but each month I've averaged 800. Just goes to show I need to venture outside the same routes. 🤔

I think it was Foxy Davy who once said that with a typical amount of route repetition you need around 3000 circles a month to have a chance of 10000 in a year. This would fit with your experience, Pam runs. Even with having made a bit of an effort this month I'm not quite halfway to 3000 running circles yet although I'm comfortably over 3000 counting in all activities.
