Just done 20 minutes... Did the 10 minute work out.. but as you can tell from it taking me 20 minutes that I did it as broken minutes. Also, swapped a couple that I don't like (breastroke planky thingy) for alternatives from the other workouts.
You do it Lil? I'm tired just watching it. Glad is my rest day (apart from cycling to work and back) but may give it a go tomoz if my Fab Abs book hasn't arrived.
TT - I tried most of it, some exercises are easier than others, and I find the plank ones where you have to move from side to side etc put too much strain on my foot/ankle (I'm injured don't forget!)
As for the "spiderman push ups" I just did normal ones, and I didn't do as many reps for many of the exercises - I gave it a good go though, and figure it might be a good workout to measure progress by if I do it every Monday
