Oh. My. Lord. Did the first workout this morning. At 3 minutes I went "Um. This is a bit tough", at 13 minutes it was "I'm knackered and I want to stop" and 24 minutes it was an out loud "F*********ck me!" A real wake up call to how badly out of shape I am! Comforting to see super fit people on the DVD maxing out at halfway of the 30 minute workout.

I find the cardio moves on the floor the hardest and really struggle with those. But the whole point of it is to improve and record your max out time. Maybe sometime in 2017 I'll do the workout without any stopping :-P

Hmm. Still contemplating this. At least it should be easy to find time for it, especially if I'm not going to manage a full 30 mins.

Well done Cuddy. When I started I was out of gas quite often but if you stick with it, it's amazing how much of an improvement you see at the 2nd fit test.

It never gets easier though. The fitter you get, the more you do. Like you, I am glad the people in the video visibly suffer. I don't think I could have gone on if they were all smiles.

I completed it last year - 64 days. - and had to do it at 05:30 am before the wife and wee one got up and before work. We hard starting so intensely every day but it certainly woke me up!!
