Born and bread in Newport Pagnell.
Married with one amazing little girl
Started up running again in 2008 just building up for Charity Fun runs 5k and 10K.
Thought it would be a good idea to try a little further so did my 1st Half Marathon in 2009.
Parkrun Milton Keynes started a year ago Jan 2010 and have been trying to get there most weeks. Decided to try a full marathon so training for this at the moment which is in May in Edinburgh.
Other sports I play are Table Tennis- Premier League in Milton Keynes
Football - Thursday evenings
Airkix - When I can afford to get there
