About Me
I started running again in September 2008 having dropped in every now and then over the last 20 years or so. Have got very inspired about it (helped by Fetch) so really looking forward to going onwards and upwards in 2009! UPDATE - Have started a half-marathon training plan, aiming for a half in October '09! UPDATE - Well I did that half. And now I need to do another one. That's how it gets you, see? UPDATE - Ooops. Have now entered Brighton Marathon 2011!!! Am going to defer Brighton because I have started studying and didn't have time to do the training. UPDATE Sept 2011. Going slowly mad after my first month with no running since I joined Fetch. Got a bad back which I'm hoping will clear up soon. Am signed up for Brighton Marathon next year and determined to do it this time! UPDATE Dec 2015. Eventually did Brighton Marathon in 2012 and seem to have then lost plot with running. Gonna give it another go in 2016 more for all round wellbeing than particularly to be a fast runner. Still trying to find that mojo. Show More...
