Cormorant Well, it wasn't going to be anyone's PB - bottle necks, rutted fields, boggy bits, hills - and I tripped full-length over a tree root at about 2K - but it was a beautiful day, a well-organised event and a scenic route. Thanks to all the volunteers - and apologies for not curtseying to the Earl of Onslow as his lordship came past a line of us in his carriage.

pinkladykat great day there a hill right at the start and that is a killer very hilly few place that are bottel necks and hold the runners up but all in all a great day i loved it

Simon L Did this one through the mud 2 years ago. Missed last year due to doing London. However, have to do this year as I can walk to the start line. Not too often you can say that! Ran well on hot morning. Possibly set off too fast. However, did not get overtaken on any of the uphill bits.
