Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Encouraged by my wife's words, 'it's lovely and sunny with bright blue skies but cold' I decided to go for a run. I met Clare just before I'd ran a mile and stopped to chat, she'd just finished 10 miles and was cooling down. Overall the run was ok, it was lovely being outside but I can't really say I enjoyed the run however I am pleased I went out.

Always good to be pleased to get out, even if this time you didn't particularly enjoy the run.
geordiegirl
Well done FF Mrs FF did good there. It’s a perfect day for a run and I’m seriously wishing I could be out there.
Fenland Flier
Thanks both, GG you need MrGG to wheel you out in a wheelchair.
