Decided to go down to the recreation ground for intervals this morning. It's an OK location but I struggled to keep motivated today. Was assisted on the 6th rep by a canine companion who ran alongside me til it's owner called it back! 😉😂 Will use that route again sometime and try and be a bit more focused.
