Was supposed to be an interval session but.... Firstly... Accidentally pressed the lap button during my warm up..... Young man at bus stop stopped me asking what time it was.... Restarted my run and secondly, realised I'd somehow programmed in 10 minute recovery slots by mistake! Don't know how I did that! 🙄😂 In the end just ran to feel and made it a sort of Fartlek session. Enjoyed it but the lap times are all over the place! 😂
