Notes & Comments

It was too windy for me to brave running through the woods at parkrun, so I went over the fields at home instead. I didn’t feel very energetic and my legs were weary today, so did some walking. When I got back on the lane for the last km, even though it was into the wind, running was easier. That’s when I realised my legs found running hard work because of the rough ground. When I got home, I was soooo hungry - hence the lack of zip 🤦‍♀️
