Running is just not feeling very smooth at the moment so I'm happy enough with the time, considering. Not my slowest by a long way and less than a minute slower than my fastest of the year.

I think you should target Market Rasen for your sub 30 attempt as I've been told it's a quick course. It's also closer for me to chase you around :-)
