Andy 1 shoe Money ran like a twat today! i got blocked in for the first half a mile then ran like this was a 1 mile race! i went through 3 miles in 18.10! then got a stich,then at 4 miles i had to job because i couldnt stop chocking!! struggled over the last 2 miles, but i still got a v40 PB so i should be happy with 39.08....

Duke of Drayton A grey windy day, but a good race in nice flat surroundings along the Severn. Not a big fan of laps but it didn't seem to matter too much at this one. Well organised, nice medal, definately PB material.
