paul296 Great race - first two or three km tough into the wind and rain. Easier last couple of km. Nice flat course, mostly through the county but good support thoroughout. Good finish in Jubilee Park. Most important of all - a PB :)

Purple Green Imp Was still ill in bed on Friday so pleased to be able to get round only a minute and a half slower than recent efforts. The only way from here is up - hopefully!

Spud-runner On the back of a recent 5K PB so hoping for good things on the day ** update: didn't have a great run. Legs felt ok but had no pace in them... a bit disappointed really. I'll Put it down to poor form on the day. hey ho!
